Custom Services DisclaimerAll services offered by Global Ink House — including marketing strategy, campaign design, social media promotion, advertising, and related services — are created and implemented based on individual client requirements. These services require dedicated planning, effort, and resources from the moment work begins. As a result, refunds are not guaranteed once a project has entered an active service phase.
Refund EligibilityAlthough refunds are generally not granted for services already performed, we review requests on a case‑by‑case basis. The eligible refund amount depends on the status of the project when the request is submitted, as outlined below:

If you wish to cancel your project, you must submit a written request to info@globalinkhouse.com. The request must include your full name, project reference, and the reason for cancellation. Upon cancellation, we will review the status of your campaign and determine any eligible refund. You will be invoiced for any work performed, regardless of its delivery status.
Global Ink House‑Initiated CancellationsWe reserve the right to cancel a project at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
If we cancel a project for reasons other than a breach of agreement, we will issue a fair and proportionate refund based on any work not yet performed.
Revisions and Dispute ResolutionWe value collaboration and seek to maintain a constructive working relationship with every client. If you have concerns about any campaign or deliverable, we will honor the agreed‑upon number of revision rounds. Additional requests beyond the original scope may be subject to separate charges. Our goal is to work in good faith and resolve any issues before discussing refund options.
Processing of RefundsApproved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation. All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Clients will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
